Blueprint Terms

  1. Estimate Disclaimer

    Estimates are an approximation of timing and charges based on the services requested and anticipated work scope. Actual costs may vary due to unforeseen complications.

  2. Authorization of Work

    By accepting our estimates, you authorize Blueprint Fleet Outfitting to procure parts and perform the described services, including road testing and inspections. If additional work is needed, a revised estimate will be provided for your approval. All parts are new unless otherwise stated.

  3. Data Privacy

    Blueprint Fleet Outfitting respects your privacy. Personal information collected for service purposes will only be used to fulfill and manage your service requests and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

  4. Customer Conduct

    Blueprint Fleet Outfitting expects respectful and professional behavior from all clients. Harassment, abuse, or interference with our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of service without refund. We value mutual respect to maintain a safe and productive environment for our employees and clients alike.

  5. Rush Fee and Expedited Service

    If you request expedited service, a rush fee may apply. We strive to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee shortened timelines. Acceptance of a rush fee does not guarantee a delivery date.

  6. Advance Payment for Parts

    Advance payment is requested for priority ordering. Clients unable to do so may request Net 30 terms by prior written agreement. Advance-paying clients may be prioritized for scheduling.

  7. Parts Ordering and Logistics

    Estimated delivery: 3–4 weeks for lights, 6–9 weeks for metal. Delays can occur beyond our control. We will update you as tracking information becomes available.

  8. Technician Assignment and Updates

    A technician will be assigned to oversee your build and provide updates. Due to the nature of our work, some details may not be immediately available.

  9. Payment Terms

    All charges are due upon completion. Accepted payment methods: check or credit card (3% fee applies). No work begins until payment terms are confirmed. Clients must communicate any billing requirements in advance.

  10. Warranty

    Installations are covered by a 6-month warranty. Lights purchased from Blueprint Fleet include a 5-year manufacturer warranty. Misuse, third-party installation, or tampering voids the warranty.

  11. Installation Timelines

    Timelines are estimates. Only the written invoice timeline is valid. Verbal estimates are not binding.

  12. Customer-Supplied Parts

    Parts supplied by the customer must be inspected. A premium charge applies. Any issues arising are the client's responsibility.

  13. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    Must be made 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur a 20% fee. Blueprint reserves the right to reschedule if needed.

  14. Right to Refuse Service

    We reserve the right to decline service in cases of safety risks or misconduct. Deposits will be refunded minus any ordered parts or work completed.

  15. Scope Changes

    Changes must be documented and approved in writing. Verbal changes are not binding.

  16. Ownership of Installed Equipment

    Until full payment is received, equipment remains Blueprint property. We may repossess unpaid installations where permitted by law.

  17. Liability

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate vehicle data. Blueprint is not liable for performance changes due to modifications like window tinting.

  18. Consent

    By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
